I believe trauma recovery requires a specialized, multi-faceted approach tailored to each individual, as healing is never one-size-fits-all. Drawing from my background in women's health, prenatal/postnatal psychology, and music therapy for children, I integrate somatic practices, movement, and relational repair to support authentic healing.
True recovery involves understanding both the mind and body, acknowledging the impact of trauma on the nervous system, identity, and relationships—especially after events like betrayal or the loss of relational safety. My approach focuses not on punitive boundaries but on creating safety and connection through body-based and cognitive healing methods that foster genuine repair and reconnection.
